Frankincense essential oil has been the subject of numerous preclinical studies demonstrating its antitumor activity, whether used alone or in conjunction with chemotherapy. However, there is currently no therapeutic application for using frankincense EO as an anticancer agent. However, these data support the value of this essential oil in oncology as a physical and psychological support oil.
